‘Pockets of Time’ project, commissioned by Carers Leeds, has been designed for Carers, to have time to focus on themselves to support their mental wellbeing, be creative, explore different creative media and make work that will be displayed together at the end of the project.

Skippko has provided pockets full of creative mindful activities all of which are ‘pocket sized’, in packs that have been delivered to Carers across Leeds.

The creative activities are a combination of visual artworks and creative writing with an emphasis on art for relaxation and wellbeing.
