In partnership with Carers Leeds we’re creating a community installation – a ‘House of Windows’ that reflects the many views from people’s windows across Leeds as they spend more time at home.

Packs are being sent out to Carers so they can enjoy creative time at home.  Everyone is spending so much more time indoors, so we’re asking people to capture the view from their windows, using acetate, glass pens and glass outliner.  Each window will give an individual perspective but by coming together it will become a shared view.  We’re asking people to look closely at the familiar and the everyday, to notice the colours and forms and the often overlooked.

Each piece will be professionally photographed and documented in a booklet to be given to everyone who has taken part as a celebration of the project.
